Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market disruptions, and emerging innovations to develop 2026+ strategic frameworks
- Design and execute scenario-planning initiatives for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into actionable business roadmaps
- Develop predictive models for industry disruption and competitive positioning strategies
- Present visionary briefings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist partners, researchers, and innovation labs
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) establishing our 2026 thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Technology, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum, neurotech) and their market implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into coherent narratives
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive presence with successful stakeholder management at C-suite level
- Published thought leader in futurism or technology strategy (articles, books, keynotes)
