Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics) with 5-10 year impact assessments
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to 2026 market realities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with predictive insights and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, space tech, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business plans
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
