As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll leverage proprietary predictive analytics and cross-disciplinary research to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable systems. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight into scalable innovation roadmaps that position organizations for exponential growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative modeling and qualitative scenario planning
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead executive workshops translating future intelligence into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of subject matter experts across emerging domains
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for quantum computing and neurotech applications
- Present future scenarios to boards and investors using immersive data visualization
- Author thought leadership publications shaping industry discourse on 2026+ trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing C-level strategic recommendations for global enterprises
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
