Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop future-proof business frameworks and scenario-planning models
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry forums
- Mentor junior strategists and foster future-thinking across departments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
