Responsibilities

- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biogenetics)
- Produce white papers influencing policy at Davos and World Economic Forum
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary foresight methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership in exponential technologies
- Proficiency in trend-mapping tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom AI models)
- Experience with geopolitical risk assessment and policy analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year predictions
- Certification in Systems Thinking or Scenario Planning
