Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Conduct scenario planning workshops for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership reports published in top-tier tech journals
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology trends
