Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Strategic Foresight Reports with quantified impact assessments
- Architect adaptive roadmaps for R&D, product development, and market entry aligned with future scenarios
- Facilitate C-level strategic workshops to translate foresight into executable business initiatives
- Establish cross-functional innovation task forces to prototype future-focused solutions
- Analyze geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends or future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
