Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap with quarterly horizon-scanning deliverables
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models and risk mitigation
- Author white papers on disruptive trends for executive stakeholder briefings
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and prototype development
- Represent company at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor R&D teams on emerging technology adoption pathways
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing futuristic initiatives (quantum/AI/Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Spanish/Mandarin/Japanese)
