Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technology convergence points to forecast 2026's market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing adoption and decentralized economies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership reports on human-AI symbiosis and climate-tech acceleration
- Advise C-suite on strategic pivots and innovation portfolio allocation
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire pre-2026 breakthrough startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio of published forecasts required)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech, or climate modeling
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex multi-variable relationships
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
