- Produce trend reports and white papers that inform R&D priorities and investment decisions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent company vision at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor cross-functional teams on adaptive strategy and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact on long-term planning
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling executive narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio published trend analyses or strategic foresight projects
