Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging ventures in AI, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and government partners
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in top-tier journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future-viability of prototypes
- Represent InnovateX at global futurism conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or human augmentation
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Gartner/Hype Cycle certified)
- Experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant STEM field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-proofed ventures
