Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future disruption
- Produce annual FutureState Reports with market impact analysis
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Curate global futurist network and thought leadership summits
- Advise on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Drive innovation pipeline with 3-5 year horizon strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or human augmentation
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis tools
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused implementations
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting platforms (e.g., Palisade, GPT-4)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent
