Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, climate tech, biotech, quantum computing) and their impact on industry landscapes
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight scenarios using advanced predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and strategic priorities
- Produce comprehensive trend reports and strategic briefings for executive decision-making
- Design innovation pipelines targeting high-impact opportunities in emerging markets
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments affecting long-term strategy
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future insights into tangible product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) highly valued
