Responsibilities
- Develop and present data-driven future scenarios for 2026-2030 across tech, markets, and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Author strategic foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Establish early-warning systems for market shifts and competitive threats
- Mentor junior strategists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and future-trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend-forecasting projects
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend analysis and predictive modeling
