Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks, including trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive-ready reports and presentations on emerging opportunities and threats
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry pioneers
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and user experience paradigms
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitor future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Strong network within futurist and innovation communities
