Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar)
- Experience working with cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams
