Responsibilities

- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and scenario planners
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, space exploration)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Published author in foresight journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects
