Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/societal trends (2024-2026 horizon) and synthesize actionable strategic recommendations
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic integration
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of 2024-2026 technology megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps
