- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web4)
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Drive organizational culture shift toward adaptive innovation methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (generative AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 environments
