- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize moonshot projects aligned with 2026-2030 vision
- Author thought leadership publications on technology convergence and societal impact
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for future-state capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systemic modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (Web4, synthetic biology, AGI governance)
- Certification in Futures Studies or related advanced degree preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or innovation frameworks
- Experience with cross-cultural futures analysis and global trend forecasting
