Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological and societal evolution 2025-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author white papers on emerging paradigm shifts (quantum, AGI, climate tech)
- Curate annual Future Forward conference featuring global thought leaders
- Advise C-suite on strategic investments in frontier technologies
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our FutureFoundry program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or adjacent field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shaping frameworks implemented
- Fluency in at least two future-oriented programming languages (Python, R)
