Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct market trend analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech markets
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present visionary concepts to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation through our annual 'Future Forward' hackathon and incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with >$50M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or JavaScript)
- Experience with global scaling and cross-cultural stakeholder management
