Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technological roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Experience managing innovation pipelines with measurable ROI
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR) strongly preferred
