- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic labs and startups to capture emerging technologies
- Present trend insights to C-suite and board members through compelling narratives
- Manage an annual $2M innovation incubator portfolio
- Author quarterly Future State reports for investor and stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: generative AI, Web3, climate adaptation tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in innovation/futurism publications
