- Develop comprehensive future-scanning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for emerging domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to prototype disruptive solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into current development pipelines
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercializable products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-focused initiatives
