- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies and investment decisions
- Drive culture change by embedding innovation methodologies across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic narratives
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field preferred
- Published thought leader in innovation journals or major industry conferences
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ innovation projects or trend analyses
