Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop and present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and board members
- Design innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational structures
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist roles at tech-forward organizations
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
