Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market trends, and paradigm shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain predictive models using AI-driven analytics to forecast industry disruptions and opportunities
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and strategic foresight across global markets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation ecosystems
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies and product development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors with compelling narrative frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into executive-ready insights
- Experience with AI-driven foresight tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
