- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)

- Present futuristic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and innovation hubs
- Author foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and trend-mapping frameworks
