Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight reports with 5-10 year scenario planning frameworks
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future solutions
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Create executive-ready visualizations and narratives translating complex future scenarios into actionable insights
- Design and implement innovation metrics to track future-readiness and strategic alignment
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and experimentation across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for executive audiences
