Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for product innovation, service evolution, and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-oriented thinking into organizational DNA
- Partner with R&D teams to identify and prioritize breakthrough technologies with commercial viability
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Author thought leadership reports and executive briefings on emerging industry paradigms
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
