As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional teams, and present strategic roadmaps to our board of directors. You'll have direct influence on our $2B innovation pipeline and access to cutting-edge resources in our Silicon Valley headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive market shifts
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to executive stakeholders
- Manage a $500M innovation portfolio across 15+ emerging tech verticals
- Build and mentor a team of 8 futurist researchers and data scientists
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, Web3, sustainable tech
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience managing $100M+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
