Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling futuristic technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI
- Published research in IEEE/Futurist journals preferred
- Advanced degree in Physics, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
