Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits on generative AI models using quantum-validated datasets
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with R&D, legal, and public policy teams
- Develop compliance protocols for neural network transparency requirements
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies on emerging AI legislation
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices
- Proactively identify risks from emerging AI capabilities (e.g., autonomous decision-making)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act
- Experience auditing generative AI and large language models
- Certification in Responsible AI from recognized institutions (e.g., IEEE, Partnership on AI)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing ethics implications
