Responsibilities
- Architect and design next-generation distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data loads and quantum-ready protocols.
- Lead the R&D efforts into emerging technologies, evaluating their feasibility for integration into our core infrastructure.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure architectural consistency across all development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, data scientists, and security experts, to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system audits to ensure scalability, security, and performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in high-performance programming languages such as Rust, Go, or C++.
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and AI integration within large-scale systems.
- Experience with cybersecurity principles and zero-trust architecture models.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
